With a full gym, Spa for massages and holistic healing, a huge range of fitness classes and a healthy café, SOHAM is our favourite place to hit after a big night to detox and nurture ourselves back into feeling human. We can easily spend the better part of a day here indulging in some intensive self-care and chilling out by the pool.
Located on Sunset Road, making it very easy to get to, Bali Fitness is a favourite hangout for those who like their workouts amped up. The fully equipped weights and cardio floor is normally bustling and energised. We get a kick out of visiting for one of their special Les Mills classes like the BodyPump or BodyCombat; which incorporates karate, kickboxing and muay thai techniques. A high energy workout that is perfect for sweating out toxins.
This is one of Seminyak’s original fitness establishments, and it’s still one of the best! You can book one of their private fitness classes for you and your friends as a fun activity while you’re here or get their personal trainer or yoga instructor to come out to the Villa for a session poolside. Try one of their anti cellulite massages for an experience to remember. They make their own energy drinks, natural beauty products and healthy vegan snacks too, so this can be a great place to stock up for your stay in Bali.
This Crossfit box in the heart of Seminyak Bali is one of our favourites for the nonstop schedule of classes they have on offer. Most days they have a Little Legends class available too so if you have some energetic little ones on holiday, this can be great option for them to blow off some steam. The also offer Movement and Mobility training, which can be a great option for the older members of the family.
Daily Gym Seminyak
Daily is one of the few places in Seminyak with a boxing ring and specialised boxing and self-defence classes as well as muay thai. It feels like every time we come here we learn some new skills and we love the can do positive attitude of the team. You get full access to the facility with any class you join, including the weightlifting area on the third floor, so take your time and get the most out of your visit.
